Zen Mountain Center (ZMC) is a Mountain retreat center in the direct Lineage of Maezumi, Roshi. ZMC sits on 160 acres of wilderness land in the San Jacinto Mountains, approximately 120 miles east of L.A. At 5,500 ft. elevation, the natural environment is rich with oak and pine, wildflowers, deer and many species of birds and abundant wildlife and mountain springs. The facilities reflect the serene beauty of these mountains and the caring hands of ZMC members.

8:45 – 9:45 a.m. - Meditation
10:00 – 11:45 a.m. - Yoga Class
12:30- 1:00 p.m - Lunch
1:00 – 3:00 p.m. - Free Time
3:00 – 4:00 p.m. - Silent Meditation
4:00 – 5:30 p.m. - Yoga, Pranayama
5:30 – 6:00 p.m. - Dinner
7:00 – Evening program
